One of the things that most concern us is gain weight in Christmas, so here are 5 tips to avoid it.
First of all and the most important thing is to drink too much water, because on these dates we drink a lot of refreshments and alcohol, above all the last one and a little bit of alcohol has many calories.
The second point is to do some exercise, I know is a little bit difficult to make time to do some sport on these dates, but if you want to do something finally you make time to do it, and do some exercise is so good because you will be even more happy with yourself.
The third thing is not eat too much that is something that the most of us do and then we regret it and we feel bad too. And the fourth point is try to not eat too much sweets, that is something almost impossible to do because it´s Christmas, but in moderation.
And finally sleep like a baby because you have to rest to have lots of energy to deal with all the things you have to do throughout the day with the best smile:)
